a. Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to a premium plan or a paid service on MyPM, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

i. Double Payment: If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same service, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.

ii. Technical Issues: If you were unable to access the subscribed services due to technical issues on our end and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Eligible Refunds

a. Free Services: Any services or features on the MyPM website that are provided free of charge are not eligible for refunds.

b. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind or decide that you no longer wish to use our paid services.

c. All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

You did not like or were dissatisfied with the service experience
You did not receive interview calls
You did not secure a job offer
You believe the service did not meet your expectations
You changed your mind after purchasing the service
You were unresponsive or failed to provide the required information/documents in a timely manner
You decided not to pursue job opportunities after signing up
You engaged with another service provider during the course of your engagement with us
You misunderstood the scope of services despite the details being communicated prior to payment

We are committed to delivering the best possible support and experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or interview shortlists, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control.

Refund Request Process

a. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at hello@mypm.co.in. Please provide your account details, the service for which you are requesting a refund, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or evidence, as applicable.

b. Our customer support team will review your refund request and assess its eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing

a. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 30 days of approval.

b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

c. Depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the MyPM website. Your continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
